Select the criteria for your report.=

For purposes of this tutorial, select Bigtown for office; criminal for case type; 08/08/2003 to 08/08/2003 as your date range; and sort by case number. Leave the other criteria in the default state. When you have entered all the selection criteria, CLICK on the RUN REPORT button.
